Horwich Cohen Coghlan have developed a case management system for claimant personal injury cases which ensures that all cases are dealt with speedily (where appropriate) and in a uniform and correct manner, including automatic diary entries to ensure that cases progress as they should. It has been carefully tailored to suit the requirement of both bulk sources and individual clients, for example in terms of reporting and providing updates.

However, the case management system only assists up to a point - it is essential that cases are dealt with by a lawyer of the correct standing in terms of experience and expertise for the case they are handling, so that all our clients are given the service and advice that they have the right to expect.
