Will Disputes

Sadly disputes arise following death where a will is in existence but where there are issues regarding its validity or interpretation or where it is felt that the will for some reason does not seem to reflect the deceased's wishes, it may be that there are questions as to whether the deceased had mental capacity when the will was made or whether the deceased has unreasonably not made provision for a person or persons who should have been in his or her mind when the will was being drawn up.
