Horwich Cohen Coghlan raise over £1,000 for November’s Will Aid campaign.

9th Sep 2016

Horwich Cohen Coghlan is pleased to announce that their Wills and Probate Department managed to raise over £1,000 during November’s Will Aid campaign.

Will Aid is the UK’s leading charity will-writing scheme. The solicitors who join offer their time and expertise without charge to give everyone the opportunity to make or update their basic Will in return for a donation to help people in need in the UK and all over the world.

We are delighted to have raised this amount for the Will Aid charities: ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children, Sightsavers, SCIAF (Scotland) and Trocaire (Northern Ireland) and would like to say a big thank you to all our clients for their generous donations.

The scheme runs again in November 2015 and will provide the opportunity for many more people in need of a Will to come forward to sort out their affairs, whilst at the same time supporting nine of the UK’s best-loved charities.

In the meantime, if you wish to have your Will drawn up, please contact Pam Wilson or Rebecca Blundell.
