We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced fee earner to work within our Clinical Negligence team.
Whether you are a legal executive or a newly qualified solicitor (ideally up to 3 yrs PQE) you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to those whose lives have been impacted by Clinical Negligence including claims against the NHS and private treatment provided by hospitals, GP’s and Dentists.
Types of claims include, but are not limited to, brain injuries, birth injuries, delay and misdiagnosis including cancer claims, poor surgical technique and incorrect treatment. You will be working on a variety of cases including claims on behalf of minors, through to fatalities. As someone continuing to build their career within this specialist area of law you will enjoy the autonomy of running a small caseload (subject to experience and supervision) but also have the opportunity to assist a Partner working on cases of varying complexities and values which can include those exceeding the value of £1 million.
A tailored approach to our clients is taken, therefore client care skills along with experience in clinical negligence claims is essential.

You will also have the opportunity for some travel in order to meet with our clients face to face and a flexible approach in respect of this is welcomed.
