REPORTING TO: HR Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours p/w
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR assistant to join our team, working in a fast paced, professional environment covering all aspects of the employee life cycle.
KEY DUTIES
- Provide support to the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function including payroll
- Respond to ad hoc queries on a day-to-day basis, referring more complex queries to the HR Manager
- Help drive the recruitment process including pushing content on social media generally and specifically regarding recruitment to include LinkedIn.
- Work collaboratively with the external PR team on website and social media job campaigns
- Act as a first point of contact and respond to all recruitment enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Help to manage the candidate pipeline including scheduling interviews and confirming offers
- Administer all essential onboarding documentation including pre-employment checks
- Work with the HR manager on various projects.
- Have a proactive approach throughout the onboarding process, liaising with the candidate and various relevant stakeholders within the business to ensure a positive experience
- Assisting with the organisation of employee engagement activity
- Arranging and conducting exit interviews

- Social media savvy with an interest in helping to develop our online profile
- Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and confidential environment
- Confident communication skills
- Previous experience in HR desirable but not essential
- Organised, self- motivated and keen to learn
