Location: Manchester
We are looking to recruit a fee earner to join our ELPL team based in Manchester.

Duties
- A Personal Injury fee earner dealing in pre and post litigation EL/PL Cases.
- Manage between 100-125 files at any one time
- Working to court deadlines
- Liaising and Reporting to insurers
- Ensuring limitations dates are met
- Writing letters negotiating settlements
- Witness Statements
- Letters of Instruction
- Reviewing medical reports
- Issuing court proceedings
- Diary Management
- Keeping in constant touch with the clients to ensure communication and continuous workflow.
- Use of in-house case management systems
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
- Research using internal resources
- Additional skills would be looked upon more favourably
