Kelly is a partner at HCC. She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 having worked in the field of complex Personal Injury claims for a number of years previously.  Since qualification Kelly has acted solely for Claimants who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries including injuries to the head, brain, spine and multiple muscular-skeletal trauma including cases where clients have been required to undergo amputation.

Kelly deals with cases involving both adults and children.  As a member of  the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) Kelly has a particular interest and focus upon securing early and appropriate rehabilitation, which has led her to be appointed as a member of HCC’s Major Trauma team.

She also understands the wider challenges catastrophic injuries present, including the effects that can be felt by her client’s family members. Kelly works with a number of dedicated and specialised case managers to ensure that all her client’s rehabilitation plans have a multi-disciplinary approach so to achieve the best possible outcome, both physically and mentally.

Kelly chose to complete her Law Masters upon the issue of Rehabilitation, which has placed her in a position to not only be able to focus and implement early treatment but also how to maximise her clients final settlement awards.
