New partnership agreed between RoadPeace and HCC Solicitors

20th Apr 2022

RoadPeace, the charity for road crash victims, has agreed a new partnership with award-winning national law firm HCC Solicitors.

The partnership enables road crash victims and their families to secure simple access to expert legal advice as the firm joins its national Legal Panel.

As well as delivering swift direct access to specialist lawyers, the partnership with HCC Solicitors aims to boost awareness of road danger reduction in the UK through a series of campaigns.

RoadPeace was founded in 1992 to support road crash victims. Its members include people who have been bereaved or injured in collisions and anyone who wants to see road danger reduction.

Martin James, Chief Operating Officer at HCC Solicitors, said:

“As lawyers specialising in this area, we understand the devastation and trauma caused for families as a result of a loved one being seriously injured or killed on the road.

“Working together with RoadPeace we will do everything in our power to help families who have been affected and share our knowledge of legal and civil procedures to promote the charity, its members and supporters.

“We are committed to delivering the best, supportive, empathetic legal response  to families, whilst working in partnership with RoadPeace. We are delighted to formalise our relationship with RoadPeace and we are looking forward to working together.”

Nick Simmons, RoadPeace CEO, said:

“HCC Solicitors offer valuable legal expertise for families who have been affected by a serious injury or fatality on the roads.

“RoadPeace is delighted to welcome HCC Solicitors to our legal panel as we continue our work to support crash victims and make the roads safer for everybody in 2022 and beyond.”
