Liz is a Chartered Legal Executive and Senior Associate in our London office. She joined HCC in May 2024. With over 20 years’ experience she has represented both claimants and defendants working at other leading Legal 500 firms.
She now focuses exclusively on representing claimants with severe and life changing injuries and enjoys meeting her clients to take time to understand their individual needs.
Liz has handled numerous disputed claims and focuses on early investigation and collection of liability evidence to resolve issues promptly. Many of her clients have suffered significant, life changing injuries including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, orthopaedic injury, amputation and psychological trauma.
Over her extensive career, Liz has established strong relationships with major insurers, securing early funding for rehabilitation.
Liz has a particular interest representing claimants injured in accidents involving animals, especially equine cases, and has achieved success with a number of these cases.
She has concluded numerous claims during her 20 year career, many of which have involved disputes on liability and have been settled at values in excess of £1,000,000.
