Nicole McCrann is a solicitor in our Major Trauma Serious Injury Department. Nicole has a range of experience in handling civil claims for clients who have sustained traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, psychological injury (including PTSD), severe orthopaedic injury, chronic pain and fatal injury cases.
Nicole’s biggest motivation is to provide a compassionate service for our clients who require assistance at what is often the worst time of their lives. This includes provided quality legal advice, support and securing funds for rehabilitation and loss of income, to allow peace of mind during the litigation process and financial security in the future.
Nicole has assisted in securing millions of pounds in compensation for clients and was involved in the landmark case of Lewington v Motor Insurers Bureau (2017) EWHC 2848.
