Patricia is a vastly experienced Principal Lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in personal injury litigation. Her current caseload consists of clients who have suffered severe brain injury or other severe injuries.
Patricia is dedicated to trying to help her clients and clients’ families, negotiate the very difficult legal landscape at a time when they are grappling with life changing injuries and illnesses and where often every dynamic of their lives has altered. During her career she has represented clients in many group litigation cases including the Lockerbie air crash and the British Midland air disaster. Between 1996 and 2006 she represented many victims of the drug ‘Thalidomide’ who had not been included in the original settlement agreement.
Patricia has been ranked in independent legal guide, the Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer and states that she is noted for her “ability to cut to the chase and summarise often very complex matters into clear issues. Patricia joined HCC Solicitors in 2019.
