Client Services Team – Customer Service Advisor

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor working within our Client Services Team. The primary role of the Client Services Team is to act as the first point of contact for our insurer clients in a dedicated telephony environment.

Base salary as advertised with competitive bonus structure.

The role will comprise of the following duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for our insurer clients
  • Using active listening and questioning techniques to elicit different types of information
  • Accurate Data Entry
  • Process and analyse liability for personal injury cases to determine whether a claim is accepted or rejected
  • Arrange and maintain a calendar of client appointments
  • Liaise with insurer client
  • Answer and handle client enquiries

Desirable

  •  Knowledge of personal injury claims and their process
  •  Proven customer service background in a call centre environment

Essential

Ability to work shift patterns, Monday to Friday in a rolling 3 week order:

 9am-5pm, working Saturday or Sunday (with a day off in the week) and 12pm-8pm.

Bank Holidays 9am – 5pm
