Training & Development (Applications Trainer)

We are looking to recruit a trainer for our in-house software applications at our award-winning law firm.

The role will comprise of the following duties:

  • Design and conduct training to new and existing staff
  • Write detailed training manuals and “how to” documents for new and existing staff

The successful candidate will have:

    • Existing knowledge of VisualFiles desirable
    • Intermediate/Advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
    • An aptitude for IT and an up to date knowledge of common applications and systems
    • Comprehensive capabilities for more specialist areas
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • A high level of organisation
    • Well-developed interpersonal and deliverable skills
    • Confidence in training and presentation
    • Patience
    • Self-motivation with the ability to motivate others
    • A willingness to learn

The successful candidate will be required to train on all in-house software applications including, VisualFiles, Claims Control, Intranet, SOS, Crescendo Digital Dictation, Microsoft Packages etc
