Victoria Cox is an Associate Solicitor in our Major Trauma Serious Injury Department, based in the Manchester office.

Victoria has over 19 years of experience helping injured people, having specialised in personal injury law throughout her career.  She is passionate about helping people who have suffered injuries to get the compensation and rehabilitation they deserve.

Victoria helps clients and their families, working with people who have suffered a wide variety of serious injuries and the ripple effect this can often cause.  She is experienced in working with people suffering from head and brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, soft tissue and orthopaedic injuries, those with chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), psychiatric and psychological injuries such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as fatal accidents and more.

Victoria has an excellent track record of successful claims, with proven negotiation and litigation skills and a wide range of experience dealing with all the different types of accidents that can happen.  Having specialised in working with people who have suffered injuries in an accident abroad for the last 8 years, many of those clients’ cases have had an international element, where people had been injured whilst working or travelling abroad. Victoria is well-connected with experts and specialists in many different countries.
